WHY techwaves
Built into your existing interfaces.
Trained, supported, in control.
Your accounts, data and documentation.
Time, quality and costs tracked.
We help you choose useful AI workflows, put the right tools into your existing systems, and train your team to use them. We work with the people doing the work, support adoption after launch, and measure what improves.
No techwaves platform. We build around your existing tools and approved AI accounts. If a new tool is needed, we agree it with you and train your team.
We map how work gets done with your team, find the bottlenecks, and rank AI opportunities by value, effort and risk. Together, we choose one clear priority to implement in your existing tools.
Your team shows us their daily tasks, tools and bottlenecks. No presentation is needed. Interviews can be live or AI-assisted; format, recording and access are agreed beforehand. We look at the process, not employee performance.
Context is the information and rules AI works from. A skill handles a narrow task, such as drafting a quote in your format. An agent coordinates several steps using approved tools. We use the simplest approach that fits, with clear permissions and human review where needed.
Our aim is to make your existing team more capable and valuable to the business. We teach people using their real tasks, with practical sessions, role-specific guidance, and support as they adopt the workflow. They learn how to check output, correct mistakes, and decide when to step in. We agree the training and follow-up cadence around your team.
Before sensitive information or system access is shared, we agree confidentiality terms and any required data-processing agreement, approved providers, permissions, and retention. We verify encryption and access controls for the chosen setup and only use AI services and configurations that exclude your company data from model training. Approved providers may process data to run the workflow; that access is defined upfront. Interview findings focus on the process, with names left out unless agreed.
We start with the software you already use. Connectors let AI access the approved information a workflow needs without your team copying it between apps. We use maintained native integrations where available, so there is no fixed techwaves connector count. If an app is missing, we check its API or another practical route and explain the limits before committing.
Access is limited to approved records and actions. We check how each integration enforces permissions, including any gaps, before connecting it. Freshness depends on the app and whether it supports live access, scheduled sync, or event updates. Connections can also draft, update, or send where the system allows it, with review points, logs, and a way to stop the workflow agreed in advance.
Pricing depends on the workflow, the systems involved, and the level of implementation, training, and ongoing support you need. We define the scope and price with you before work begins, including any separate software costs. We start with a bounded piece of work so you can assess the value before expanding.
Before implementation, we agree what success looks like for the chosen workflow: time, quality and running costs. After rollout, we compare against that baseline and check whether your team uses it. You see what improved and what needs more work.
Understand where AI can help your business, learn how to use it, and place your personal AI agent in the interfaces you already work in.
Lead by example: We start with you, the owner, CEO or department leader. By experiencing AI in your own work, you build the understanding and confidence to lead its adoption across your company.

techwaves was born with a simple goal: to close the gap between what AI can do and what businesses actually achieve with it.

Dots releaseGap todayWe've seen companies embrace AI and unlock remarkable gains in productivity by integrating it seamlessly into the way they already work. But we've also seen businesses struggle with AI projects that tried to change how people work, rather than making the technology work for them.
We believe the difference isn't in the technology itself, but in how it's understood and applied. Our mission is to help businesses bridge that gap, making AI practical, accessible, and genuinely valuable to the people who use it.
We've noticed something interesting about AI. People who use it every day tend to be incredibly optimistic about the future with this technology. Those who haven't had the chance to experience its potential often feel the opposite: uncertain, skeptical, or even threatened by what's coming.
We understand both perspectives. We use AI a lot in our daily work. We keep trying out the newest releases from leading AI labs and putting them to use. That’s how we learn fast as we go. It’s made us optimistic about how this technology can change the way we live and work for the better.
That's why we started techwaves. We don't want businesses or the people behind them to feel left behind by this transformation. We want them to be part of it, to understand what's possible, and to experience the same excitement about the future that we do.
We believe the future of AI is something to look forward to. And we want to help as many people as possible feel the same way.

These are the safeguards we agree and verify for each agent deployment. Available controls depend on the selected services and contract. Website and booking data are covered by our Privacy notice.
DATA SECURITY
Your business information is used to help you work, with encryption and clear limits on how inference data is handled.
Before use, we verify the model provider’s terms and settings for excluding business inputs and outputs from model training.
We document retention for inference, logs, conversations and backups separately. Zero retention is promised only where contractually supported and verified.
We verify encryption and access controls across the services included in your agreed setup.
DATA CONTROL
Protect account access with passkeys or multi-factor authentication.
Sign in through your existing company identity provider.
Agents can access only the tools and information you authorise.
You review sensitive actions before your agent carries them out.
Giovanni Libero Ponzini operates techwaves.ai under the techwaves brand as a self-employed software developer and IT consultant. techwaves is not an incorporated company. VAT number: IT14888830966.
Via Giuseppe Ripamonti 30, 20136 Milano, Italy. Email: hello@techwaves.ai. This address also receives privacy requests.
This website provides information and lets you arrange an introductory meeting. Browsing or booking a call does not purchase an AI Sprint. The supplier, scope, fees, support, delivery and testing/refund conditions are set out in the agreement for your engagement. Any mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Rights in original website content and third-party materials remain with their respective owners. Tool names and logos identify products and do not imply endorsement or partnership. Linked websites are operated by their respective providers.
Giovanni Libero Ponzini, Via Giuseppe Ripamonti 30, 20136 Milano, Italy, is the controller for this website, enquiries and introductory bookings. Contact hello@techwaves.ai. This notice does not cover access to customer systems under a separate engagement.
Cloudflare processes technical request information, including IP address, requested page, browser information and request time, to deliver and protect this website. English is the default. German and Italian are selected through language links and their page URLs (/de and /it). We do not select the language from your country or browser settings, request location permission or save a language preference. The basis is our legitimate interest in a functioning, secure website (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)). Optional Cloudflare Web Analytics is disabled. Persistent Worker logs and tracing are disabled; Cloudflare still handles operational and security information for its network.
We use the information you provide to respond, arrange an introductory meeting and discuss the requested service. Cal.com handles scheduling; Google Workspace handles our email alias, calendar and Google Meet. The booking form requires your name and email address, together with your selected time and time zone; without these, an online booking cannot be completed. Additional notes and guests are optional. Notes and relevant booking details may be copied to our connected Google Calendar and booking emails; added guests receive the meeting details needed to attend. Only add a guest if you are authorized to share their details, and give them this privacy notice. Cancellation or rescheduling information is used to manage the appointment. Please do not submit passwords, sensitive personal information or confidential third-party records. You can email hello@techwaves.ai instead of using the calendar. The legal basis is steps requested before a contract (Article 6(1)(b)), where applicable, or our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries (Article 6(1)(f)), including requests on an employer’s behalf.
The embedded Cal.com calendar loads automatically as you approach the booking section. Booking buttons can also open Cal.com in a popup or on its own website. Loading the calendar sends technical information such as your IP address, browser information and referring page URL to Cal.com and its service providers, before you submit a booking. Website URL query parameters can be forwarded by the booking integration. Our purpose and legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f)) is to provide and secure the scheduling feature; this does not replace any consent required for optional tracking. The Cookies page explains the calendar’s device storage.
Giovanni handles enquiries; Carlo assists under his instructions and confidentiality obligations. Access is limited to people who need it for that work. Cloudflare, Cal.com and Google process relevant information to provide their services, using their authorized service providers. Their own account, security and legal processing may be covered by their privacy policies. We do not sell enquiry data or add enquirers to a marketing list merely because they contacted us.
We may use ChatGPT Business to prepare generic drafts or work with genuinely anonymous summaries. We remove names, contact details, signatures and indirect identifying details before doing so; where effective anonymization is not possible, we handle the enquiry manually. Giovanni or Carlo checks replies before sending. This launch policy does not permit identifiable enquiry data to be uploaded to AI. Introductory calls are not recorded or transcribed. We do not make solely automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects from enquiry data.
The “Ask AI” links open ChatGPT, Grok, Perplexity, Google AI or Claude with a prepared prompt about techwaves or the article. The prompt contains public website information, such as a page URL and, for articles, an excerpt. These AI services are not loaded as embedded assistants on this website; you choose whether to open a provider link. The links do not automatically include your enquiry or booking details. The provider processes your visit, prompt and anything you enter under its own terms and privacy notice, including any account you use there. Social and sharing links similarly open the selected external service. Do not add confidential or sensitive information to a prompt.
Our providers operate internationally, including outside the European Economic Area. Where required, transfers must be covered by an applicable adequacy decision or contractual safeguards such as European Commission standard contractual clauses, with supplementary measures where necessary. Contact hello@techwaves.ai for information or a copy of applicable safeguards. We do not promise that all website and booking data remain in the EU.
Enquiries that do not become engagements are retained for up to 12 months after the last contact. Giovanni oversees a monthly review covering relevant email, booking, calendar and working copies. Specific records may be retained longer where a legal obligation or an identified dispute requires it. Working drafts are removed when no longer needed. Provider backup and security copies follow their applicable deletion cycles and justified legal or security requirements. Engagement records have separate retention requirements.
Subject to the applicable conditions, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction and portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where consent is used, it can be withdrawn without affecting earlier lawful processing. Write to hello@techwaves.ai. We normally respond within one month; a permitted extension will be explained within that period. You can complain to the Italian Garante at www.garanteprivacy.it or the competent authority where you live, work or believe an infringement occurred.

Cookies and local storage save information on your device. Consent rules depend on their purpose, not just their name. Storage strictly necessary for the service you request may be exempt; optional tracking must be assessed separately.
We serve fonts and logos locally and do not save a language preference. Optional Cloudflare Web Analytics is disabled. We do not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel or advertising cookies in the website code.
The Cal.com calendar loads automatically as you approach the booking section; booking buttons can open Cal.com in a popup or on its own website. Loading it sends technical information, such as your IP address, browser details and referring page URL, to Cal.com and its service providers before a booking is submitted. Website URL query parameters can also be forwarded. You can contact hello@techwaves.ai instead of submitting a booking.
The calendar uses __cf_bm on .cal.com for bot protection, expiring after 30 minutes of inactivity. It uses reserverUid in app.cal.com local storage to identify a short-lived slot reservation and avoid conflicting bookings. The current calendar code expires that identifier after two minutes and replaces it on its next use; the stored entry can remain in the browser until reused or cleared. Cal.com also uses Sentry for error diagnostics. This technical storage was inspected on 19 October 2026; no advertising cookies were found in that reviewed calendar flow. Provider behavior can change.
You can remove or block cookies and site storage in your browser. Blocking necessary calendar storage may prevent booking. If optional tracking is introduced, we must obtain any required consent before it loads and provide an equally accessible way to withdraw it. Notice updated: 23 October 2026; calendar-storage inspection: 19 October 2026.
