These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the techwaves website. They are not a full customer services agreement. Any engagement, service scope, data processing, pricing, or customer delivery terms will be governed by a separate written agreement.
Company status: techwaves is expected to operate through an Estonian private limited company, techwaves OÜ. Registration details, registered address, and registry code will be added once registration is complete.
1. Who We Are
techwaves provides AI-native managed finance operations for businesses: defined recurring finance work performed with AI systems, reviewed by experienced humans, and delivered as completed outcomes. Contact: hello@techwaves.ai.
2. Website Use
You may use this website to learn about techwaves and contact us about our services. You must not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, scrape it at scale, or use it for unlawful purposes.
3. Business Use Only
techwaves is a B2B service. The website and services are intended for businesses, accounting firms, and professional users, not consumers.
4. No Accounting, Tax, Legal, or Financial Advice
Website content is for general information only. It is not accounting, tax, legal, financial, or professional advice. Deliverables from techwaves are prepared for the customer's use; the customer keeps final responsibility for business decisions, commercial approvals, and its statutory obligations. Country-regulated services are provided only where separately agreed, through the appropriate professional structure.
5. Engagements and Customer Services
Contacting us, booking a call, or discussing an engagement does not create a service agreement. An engagement begins only when both sides agree the scope, pricing, responsibilities, data protection terms, and any required Data Processing Agreement.
6. AI-Assisted Work
techwaves uses AI systems together with human review to perform the services. AI-assisted outputs can contain mistakes. Customers remain responsible for reviewing outputs where agreed, making business judgments, and approving any final use.
7. Intellectual Property
The website, brand, copy, designs, workflows, methods, and other materials are owned by techwaves or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, or use them to build a competing service without prior written permission.
Third-party product names and logos displayed on the website (for example, names and logos of accounting, banking, storage, communication, and commerce systems) are trademarks or registered trademarks of their respective owners. They are used solely in a nominative way to identify the third-party systems techwaves can connect to or work with. Their display does not imply any affiliation with, sponsorship by, or endorsement or certification from the trademark owners. Availability of any integration is confirmed during onboarding. If you are a trademark owner and believe a mark is used incorrectly, contact hello@techwaves.ai and we will review or remove it promptly.
8. Third-Party Links
The website may link to third-party websites. We do not control those websites and are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or availability.
9. Availability and Changes
We may update, suspend, or remove parts of the website at any time. We do not guarantee that the website will always be available or error-free.
10. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the website is provided as-is. techwaves is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or loss-of-profit damages arising from website use. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia, unless mandatory law requires otherwise. Disputes relating to the website are subject to the competent courts of Estonia.
