Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how techwaves collects, uses, stores, and protects personal data in connection with the website at techwaves.ai and early pilot or customer conversations.
Company status: techwaves is expected to operate through an Estonian private limited company, techwaves OÜ. Registration details, registered address, and registry code will be added once registration is complete.
1. Controller and Contact
For website and business-contact processing, the controller is techwaves. You can contact us at hello@techwaves.ai.
We have not appointed a Data Protection Officer. For privacy questions, use the contact above.
2. Scope
This policy covers:
- website visitors;
- people who email us or book pilot conversations;
- customer contacts involved in pilots or commercial discussions.
When techwaves processes accounting documents, client records, or other customer data inside a work pack, that processing is governed by the customer agreement and Data Processing Agreement. In that context, the customer is usually the controller and techwaves is usually the processor.
